These are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive
from our guests. We are always available to answer all questions, comments and concerns you might have leading up to and during your stay at Surfbreak.

1) WHAT SPECIFIC DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO ENTER THE DR?
You need to fill out the E-TICKET form that you will find in the link below (copy and paste the link on your browser).

At the end of the process you will be given a pdf document with a QR code, which you will be asked for during the migratory process.
IMPORTANT:This documentation is free, don't follow any other link which asks you for money to get the E-TICKET.

2) DO YOU OFFER BREAKFAST?
Yes, we do serve breakfast every morning for all our guests. It is included in the room rate. We offer a variety of seasonal fruits, bread, cereals (with and without sugar), eggs (boiled, fried and smashed), tomato, avocado, milk, butter, and jam. We also offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate and drinking water. When we have bananas, they are available to grab at all times.
3) CAN I DRINK WATER FROM THE TAP?
No, the water from the tap is not drinkable. We also recommend you wash your teeth with bottled water to avoid any possible inconvenience.
4) DO YOU PROVIDE DRINKING WATER?
Yes, we have 5 water stations distributed around the hotel for you to fill your own water bottle and store it in the fridge in your room.
5) DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS?
No, we don't provide beach towels. We have a limited stock of pool towels that you can find at the pool area for internal use. We suggest you bring a beach/pool towel if you think you will be needing one.
Bathroom towels are not allowed for use for any other purpose.
6) DO YOU PROVIDE SHAMPOO AND/OR SOAP?
Yes, we have dispensers with shampoo and shower gel in each bathroom.
7) MAY I CHECK-IN EARLIER THAN 3 PM?
Yes, it is possible. Please let us know in advance and we will do everything we can to accomodate you. If your room is free and cleaned, we will accommodate you right away. If not, we will offer you a place to store your bags and you can either relax in our common areas or go out and start exploring what Caberete has to offer.
8) WHAT IF I NEED TO CHECK IN AFTER 10 PM?
If you are planning to arrive after 10 pm, we offer self-check in system. Please contact us through Whatsapp and we would provide you with all the necessary information for you to get into your room.
9) MAY I USE THE KITCHEN TO COOK MY MEALS?
Yes, the kitchen is for the use of all the guests at any time. It is fully equiped with oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen implements and basic condiments to complement your groceries.
10) IS THERE A PLACE TO STORE FOOD IN THE KITCHEN?
Yes, we have boxes for you to store your groceries inside and outside the fridge. We have a marker for you to label your box to identify your stuff. We ask you to make sure you don’t leave any organics in your boxes when you depart.
11) DO YOU HAVE FRIDGE?
We have two big fridges for our guests to store their items as well as a freezer.
12) ARE THERE OPTIONS FOR LUNCH AND/OR DINNER WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL?
Yes. We have Plaza Encuentro 250 mts away from Surfbreak with 3 options for lunch time and a Food Park (L’PARQ) 300 mts away with multiple options for dinner. There are 2 other restaurants in the neighbourhood apart from the shops in Encuentro Beach. Have a look at the Map on our home page!
13) DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
No, we do not have a closed parking lot for you to leave your car. You can leave it on the street just outside our main door.
14) DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY SERVICE?
Yes, the service costs is $7 per wash and it is usually ready the following day.
